Nutrition Estimates Are Approximate

Plate Pattern provides approximate nutrition estimates generated by AI. These estimates are not medical or dietary advice and should not be used to make health or medical decisions.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing estimates before relying on them. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or dietary guidance.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Plate Pattern only for lawful purposes and in ways consistent with its intended function. You must not:

Use the app to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or deceptive.
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app or its services.
Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice. We are not liable for any such changes. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Fat Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Plate Pattern, including reliance on nutrition estimates. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
